Hey there! It’s about time for a formal introduction. 🤝

I’m Elizabeth, the owner of Flex Fit Function - a cash-based Physical Therapy and Wellness practice located within Blue Mountain CrossFit where I work one-on-one with active adults and athletes to help them move better, feel stronger, and stay out of pain. This is done through a combination of hands-on therapies (stretching, cupping, soft tissue work) and individualized training to address each client’s concerns.

My mission is this: Whether you’re lifting heavy, staying active, or just trying to live your life pain free, Flex Fit Function provides you with solutions tailored to your lifestyle without the traditional constraints of insurance-based care.
