POSITION SUMMARY:
Wai Kahe Counseling, LLC is a local, woman owned company that serves clientele throughout the state of Hawaii. We provide evidence-based treatment using technology and in person providing effective treatment.
We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to join our multidisciplinary team to provide mental health therapy to our commercial insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and Cash pay)
Location: Hawaii
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Contracted
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help people with mental health issues get better and stay better by providing quality, effective care through diagnosis, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy
Implement therapeutic/mental health treatment plans
Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the EHR system
Conduct therapy sessions with our clients (Commercial insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and Cash Pay)
Maintain your caseload and schedule
Participate in clinical consultation, training, and advance your knowledge and practice of evidence-supported treatment for various diagnosis
Supervise unlicensed mental health professionals (as needed)
Other administrative duties
REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed in the State of Hawaii as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist, or similar preferrred
Master's degree or higher from a nationally accredited university in Social Work, Marriage/Family Therapy, Psychiatric Nursing, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Science or a related Human Services field
Ability to make clinical decisions independently and apply clinical judgment to formulate best practices in quality of care
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organizing abilities, quick and enthusiastic learner, excellent communicator, receptive to feedback, and good with time management
Conscientious self-starter who embraces and enjoys autonomous work
Proficiency in G-suite, Zoom
Have a confidential, private location to work remotely from with stable internet access
Be able to see clients in person at the office, as scheduled
