A very big THANK YOU to the Avid Gardeners of HHI, our amazing volunteer Karen Timpona, and the Rotary Club of Hilton Head Island for bringing our sensory garden to life this spring! 🌸🌿

Our members have been loving time outside—watering flowers and herbs, soaking up the sunshine, and enjoying some much-needed Vitamin D ☀️

Sensory gardens do more than just look beautiful—they support cognitive health by engaging the senses, reducing stress, encouraging movement, and sparking meaningful memories and conversation. Nature truly has a powerful way of helping us feel grounded and connected 💚

We’re looking forward to many more days outdoors… and we even have caterpillars getting ready to chrysalis! Soon, we’ll be releasing monarch butterflies with our members.🦋
