On Saturday, our Special Olympics Area 8 basketball teams brought the energy to the Charleston Invitational! Both our 5-on-5 and 3-on-3 teams played their hearts out, leaving it all on the court and making us incredibly proud!🏀

From hustle plays to big smiles, the teamwork, determination, and spirit were unmatched. Way to represent, Area 8—you all were AMAZING!

On Friday, Colleton County Schools brought back the Flame of Hope for the first time in years-and it lit up the hole field. More than 250 athletes took part, and we are greatfull to partner with SOAR Special Recreation to help revive this beautiful tradition.
