Overexercising can lead to various health problems in the long run, such as joint pain, fatigue, insomnia, and even more serious issues like heart palpitations and arrhythmia. Overexercising can also lead to muscle strain, difficulty breathing, dehydration, and increased levels of stress hormones.
In addition to the physical risks associated with overexercising, it can also be detrimental to your mental health. It's important to establish a balance between exercise and rest so that you can avoid burnout due to overtraining. To stay healthy and perform your best athletically, make sure you're getting adequate rest in between workouts and listening to your body when it needs a break.
