Our annual fundraiser “Singing Valentines” where we go out and deliver a special song which also includes a rose, a balloon and 1 dozen dipped strawberries was a huge success. We delivered 24 to some very lucky recipients. Was such a great day and thanks to all who continue to show their support for our residents. All money raised goes into our Activity Christmas fund. Thanks again.

We are happy to share that our blood drive was a tremendous success. Sponsored by Knott County Health and Rehab Center, this special event was held in honor of 3 year old Axel Combs, who is bravely battling leukemia.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our donors and community members, we not only met our goal for today but doubled it. The overwhelming turnout was a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together for a meaningful cause.
This drive was more than just an event — it was a show of love, strength, and support for Axel and his family. Every single donation was given with hope and compassion.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated. Together, we made a difference. We are also excited to share that a bake sale for Axel Combs and his family was a wonderful success! All proceeds from the bake sale will go directly to Axel and his family to help ease the burden during his treatment journey.
Thank you to everyone who baked, donated, and stopped by to support this special cause.

Friday's cooking class was extra yummy this week! 🍠🧀
Michelle Gayheart totally raised the bar by guiding our residents through their very own baked potato bar! We loaded up those fluffy potatoes with hearty chili, gooey cheese, and so much more – talk about full, happy stomachs and big smiles all around yesterday!
Big thanks to Michelle for making it so fun and delicious. Who's ready for seconds? 😋

Knott County Health & Rehabilitation Center is committed to providing above standard quality of care with our 24 hour skilled nursing staff, physician services, laboratory, pharmacy services, radiology and therapy. Our dedicated staff at Knott County Health and Rehabilitation Center enjoys contributing to our beautiful community every day. An added wing has provided our facility with a new therapy room, physicians’ office with the capabilities of providing in-house exams, a bird aviary, a 120 gallon fish aquarium, a new dining room addition that leads out to a resident patio and several spacious day rooms all of which include large flat screen TVs. Beautifully decorated, our facility is a true home away from home. We invite you to visit our facility and see first hand our home away from home.
