As of Monday June 22nd we are open. We will be limiting the amount of people in the facility to maintain social distancing and following cleansing protocols.

AbFit Nation,
We hope everyone is doing ok with all that is going on. Please make sure that you’re taking time for yourself to continue with exercise. It will help with stress reduction and overall health. Obviously, the way in which you exercise is going to have to change. We are trying to change with the times in order to continue to provide service, instruction, and motivation to you. One way that we are trying to do this is by offering virtual workouts through Zoom.com. This is a video conference site that allows us to connect to you via computer or phone in real time. Because we know your goals, limitations, injuries, etc., we will be able to design a program specifically for you based on the equipment that you have available. If you don’t have equipment, we can do bodyweight. As always, the session will be individualized to you. We can focus on a circuit workout, cardio workout, core workout, mobility/stretching, balance training, healthy eating, stress reduction (diaphragmatic breathing), or all of the above. We will lead you through whatever it is that you desire. The sessions can be one-on-one or if you want to include your exercise buddy then we can add them to the workout. We will offer 30-minute sessions ($35) and 45-minute sessions ($50). Give it a try. We would love to help you stay healthy and fit (not to mention sane) during these crazy times. As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

There's actually some sun in the forecast this week! If you have the time to get outside, try some interval training! If you haven't run in a while, then simply alternating between walking and jogging will do. Either set a timer or just use landmarks to run to.

It's official, team Joffe takes the Paleo Challenge! Suzanne finished with a whopping 145 points with Adam right behind her in second place with 131 points! Excellent job to everyone who participated. Feedback has been great and we've heard several of you plan to continue with a mostly Pale diet and that some of you will actually miss the workouts of the week! Check in with our page and we'll try to keep up with some challenging workouts for you!

Paleo Challenge participants: please be sure to submit your Week 4 results and remember that you will need to redo your baseline workout this week! Great job to all who participated. We had quite a few pounds dropped and lots of energy this month!

Only 2 days left of the Paleo Fitness Challenge! If you want to be considered for the prizes, please make sure you have submitted each of your weekly scores. You will also need to do your baseline test over again by the end of this week and report that time as well. Good luck!
