Our overall mission is to help illuminate your soul, guide you on your path, remove toxicity and restore wholeness. Thank you to everyone who joined me yesterday at the First Spiritualist Church of Salem, MA. It was an honor and privilege to serve as guest inspirational speaker and to sit in the sacred work of spiritual mediumship with familiar faces and new friends who joined in person and on Zoom.

Spirit was present in every layer of the service—woven through the music, the sermon, and the messages from loved ones in the Spirit realms of life.

My message focused on grief, our collective fears, and the deep wisdom held within the 7th and 8th Spiritualist Principles:
• personal responsibility
• accountability
• and the truth that no soul is ever denied the opportunity for reformation

When we show up with presence ... and a daily spiritual practice of living as a walking prayer, as my friend Rosanne reminds me ... and when we lean into deep listening, we begin to hear not only with our minds, but with our souls. From there, Spirit and our ancestors guide us with clarity and courage.

And as we listen, we remember that our whole and healed ancestors have walked through times like these before. They survived uncertainty, upheaval, transition, and transformation. Because they survived, we are here today.

Thank you again for sharing this space and this sacred work with me. And thank you to Great Spirit, my Spirit teams and guides, and the ancestors for leading the way. 💜

I am ending a challenging energetic week with a full heart after wrapping up a beautiful day held in community, grounded in the richness and depth of the original teachings of Reiki from Japan, as passed on through the Jikiden Reiki Kenkyukai in Kyoto, Japan.

Today was a reminder of what happens when we truly show up for one another. It's something we desperately need more of here in the U.S.

✨ Eight practitioners came together to offer distant Reiki to a practitioner’s sister who suffered a stroke this morning.

✨ Seven practitioners offered hands-on Reiki to one of our beloved members who is walking through stage 4 pancreatic cancer with courage and grace.

The shares, the homemade food, the laughter, the reverence, and the collective vibration moving through this space as I leave today, is off the charts.

I remain humbled and deeply grateful to the Yamaguchi family for choosing to carry these original, unaltered teachings out of Japan.

This lineage has transformed my life in ways that words will never fully capture.

It is the foundation that weaves through every aspect of the work I do, and how I live ... every single day.

Our Story

I did not choose this path. It chose me. You must be thinking, WHAT? Yes, I was involved in an abusive relationship at the time. When I finally had the courage to leave in 2005, the abuses escalated, I began to see a divide within myself. What I was receiving through the shelters and American health care system was not only broken, but amplified and used against me in court with my abuser when I sought help and protections.

As like many stories in the #metoo movement, I was heavily retaliated against by the system for seeking justice not only for my case but for 20 other families associated with one judge who had a reputation for punishing survivors of abuse if allegations of abuse surfaced before him.

That led me down a spiritual path to healing my own complex PTSD, which by the way I did not have until the courts were allowed to be used to continue the patterns of abuse.

How to give a brief synopsis without carrying on? Hmmmm. Well, to be short, my story is like a Michael Creighton novel, because what I experienced was too surreal and unimaginable.
