We’re hiring at Allerton House Hingham!

We’re looking for a Memory Care Program Director (RN, LPN) to lead our Dementia Care program and support residents living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

This is a meaningful leadership role for someone who is compassionate, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults.

In this role, you will:
• Oversee day-to-day memory care operations
• Ensure high-quality, compliant dementia care
• Partner with clinical teams to support resident wellbeing
• Lead and support a dedicated team of Resident Assistants
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and care partners
• Help create engaging daily programs for residents

Meet Peggy! 🌟 She’s been a resident at allerton house hingham since August. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, she’s also lived in Georgia and New Jersey. Peggy stayed home to raise three wonderful children, and when she worked, she was a teacher, sharing her knowledge of shorthand, typing, business, and math.
