🌟 Meet Adam Baiardi! 🌟

Adam is the Program Director at Synchrony Rehab, where he’s passionate about creating supportive rehab programs that help residents and families feel confident every step of the way. Through strong leadership and a focus on compassion, he builds teams that empower residents to gain independence and improve their quality of life. 💙

With a background in healthcare operations and patient services, Adam brings clarity, care, and energy into everything he does.

Outside of work, he’s all about staying active and balanced, whether it’s mixed martial arts, playing guitar and drums, or spending time with his family. 🎸🥁

Family means everything to Adam. You’ll often find him cheering on his daughters at swim meets, dance recitals, and school concerts alongside his wife, Chantell. 🏊‍♀️✨
