"DO I HAVE TO COME IN EVERY WEEK FOREVER?"
This is one of the biggest fears people have about chiropractic.

And honestly? If all we did was adjust you and send you home - yeah, you probably would need to keep coming back every week.

That's not how we work.
We don't start with a treatment plan. We start with understanding YOUR specific condition. What's actually causing your pain? What limitations exist? What needs to change for this to get better permanently?

Once we understand that, we can see the actual path toward being pain-free - not just managing symptoms with weekly adjustments.

Some people need a few weeks of intensive work. Others need months of progressive treatment. Everyone's different because everyone's problem is different.

Wrist curls aren't glamorous. But they matter more than you think.

Weak wrists and forearms limit everything you do with your hands. Your grip fails before your back during deadlifts. Your wrists ache after typing all day. You can't maintain position during push-ups or planks.
This simple exercise addresses what most people completely ignore - grip strength and wrist stability.
What you're seeing: seated wrist curls with dumbbells. Slow, controlled movement through full range of motion. No bouncing. No momentum.

This movement helps to strengthen the muscles that control your wrists and improves grip endurance. Better grip means better performance in almost every upper body movement.

Most people skip this because it's not flashy. But strong wrists and forearms support everything else you do.

Sometimes the unglamorous work makes the biggest difference.

Your knee hurts. So you ice it, rest it, maybe do some quad exercises.

It feels better for a few days. Then it's back.
Here's why: you treated the symptom, not the cause.
Nobody's asking why your knee is taking all that stress in the first place. Is your hip weak? Is your ankle stiff? Is your movement pattern creating the problem?

Treating symptoms gets you temporary relief. Addressing root causes keeps you pain-free permanently.

I need to see you move.
