At Aesthetic & Clinical Dermatology Associates, we strive to make our offices as efficient and convenient as possible. We hope you find this site useful and invite you to contact us with your questions at any time. Dr. Scott Zahner attended the University of Illinois Medical School at Chicago and performed his intership in Internal Medicine in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Melanie Zahner attended the University of Texas School of Medicine at Houston and performed her Transitional intership at Christus St. Joseph's Hospital in Houston, Texas. Dr. Stephanie Freels Marschall received her medical degree and completed her Internal Medicine Internship at the University of South Florida. Drs. Scott Zahner and Melanie Zahner, completed their residencies at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Scott Zahner finished his residency in 1993 and Dr. Melanie Zahner in 2004. Both Dr. Scott and Melanie Zahner served as Chief Residents during their tenure at Cook County Hospital. Dr. Stephanie Freels Marschall completed her residency in 1990 at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Presently, they are on staff at Hinsdale, LaGrange, Delnor, Central DuPage, Good Sam and Cook County Hospitals. The Doctor's areas of interest and expertise include Dermatologic Surgery, Laser Surgery, Cosmetic Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Surgery for Skin Cancer.

Talk to your doctor about BOTOX® Cosmetic and whether it’s right for you. There are risks with this product—the effects of BOTOX® Cosmetic may spread hours to weeks after injection causing serious symptoms. Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems or muscle weakness can be a sign of a life-threatening condition. If this happens, do not drive a car, operate machinery, or do other dangerous activities. Patients with these conditions before injection are at the highest risk. ✅ A – Asymmetry: one half doesn’t match the other
✅ B – Border: irregular, scalloped, or poorly defined edges
✅ C – Color: varied shades of tan, brown, black, or even red/blue
✅ D – Diameter: larger than 6mm (about the size of a pencil eraser)
✅ E – Evolving: any change in size, shape, or color
