I was blessed to be able to go to a mini retreat in nature on Saturday with Maria from .

As I approach 50, I try to add to my self care more and more. After breaking a toe and a few days later spraining an ankle (story to be posted later) I needed this.

We did MELT of our whole body under a tree in the grass with the sun beating through the leaves, went in the sauna, did my first cold plunge, walked in the forest and made sauna brooms with fresh flowers I picked myself and had a beautiful lunch prepared by Maria.

We had a beautiful day and I really enjoyed myself.

I’m going to add that I always push myself to do things that I’m not always comfortable with and that is where our growth happens. From taking the day off to care for me, to being in the grass, to doing a cold plunge and wearing activewear ( I know it sounds ridiculous but true) I felt a little out of my element but loved it all. I had a wonderful day!

So remember that LIFE BEGINS AT THE END OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE and it’s worth it! Go for it, do what you hesitate on, push yourself! You’re not alone ❤️🙏

My first Introduction to Craniosacral therapy is on the books! Beyond grateful ❤️

It was fantastic! Thank you so much to my students for making this possible and for their support through last weekend’s class! A special thank you to my mom for the use of her beautiful yard, for opening her home to us and for cooking all weekend! Thank you to Dr. John Upledger who looks down on us as we share, practice and learn craniosacral therapy all over the world. ❤️

This class was meant to be presented not only as a class to present my passion of craniosacral therapy but also to share who I am and bring in a full experience of learning, bonding and sharing.
