Running creates force with every step.
If your pelvic floor is not managing that load, symptoms start to show.
As you get out for a spring jog or train for the Naperville Half Marathon, 10k, & 5K , you may notice:
-Hip or low back tightness
-Knee pain during or after runs
-Loss of form as you fatigue
-Pelvic pressure or heaviness
-Leakage or urgency with impact
These are not random. They reflect how your body handles pressure and stability under load.
Most runners focus on distance. Few focus on pelvic stability.
