Rainelle Medical Center would like to welcome Sharif Shammaa, PA-C to our School Based Health program. Sharif was raised in Summers County, WV and graduated from Hinton High School. He received his undergraduate degree from Concord University and later went back to acquire his Physician Assistant Degree and has been working in various settings, including his father's pediatric practice in Hinton, since 1999. Sharif has a love for classic cars, buys and restores them in his free time. He will be seeing patients in the Summers County Health Center, located on the Summers County Comprehensive High School Campus on the back side of the school. The center is open to Students/staff from 8:00am to 2:00pm and open to the public from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Students must have a consent on file to be seen. We are excited to announce Summers County Health Center has officially re-opened. We are located inside the school and our entrance for community patients is on the back side of the building. Hours of operation for students are Monday-Thursday from 8:00am - 2:00pm. Appointment hours for community patients are Monday-Thursday from 2:00 - 4:00pm. To make an appointment at Summers County Health Center or with Sharif Shammaa, please call (304)660-1155. Sharif is currently accepting new patients and looks forward to caring for you!
