Hey everyone
I have some availability Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. It's a great time for teachers to get a massage while your out of school I don't normally book 30 min sessions, but I can that day. Don't forget I'm available on Saturdays too. We had a busy couple of months with chair massage and other events, but I'm back at Wildflower to book your massage now.

This was a great class! I learned a lot of new techniques using forearms, elbows, fists, how to support hands to prevent injury, etc. This sounds like martial arts, but it was about protecting my body while providing an effective Deep Tissue Massage.
We learned updated treatment applications.
Massage does evolve as scientific studies are done to advance our profession.
Also, refreshers on body mechanics, warming up before providing massage, and more.
Inside joke here "sternum to the sky" and "hydrate." Also reminder to self and clients "breathe!"

I use many doTERRA products personally and in both my nursing and massage practices. I find many of their products helpful so I often share here.

My latest doTERRA order. Prepping for sick season. On Gaurd products for preventive measures, Breathe products to help ease symptoms when those pesky respiratory germs do sneak in and ginger drops to ease the tummy troubles. Also the Vanilla Chai oil because it is a cozy and warm scent year around.
