🍼 When Should I Feed My Baby?

Feed your baby on cue—and remember, how milk is removed matters!

👶🏽 Best: A well-latched baby removes the most milk.
🤲🏽 Next: Hand expression is great for extra stimulation or relief.
💪🏽 Then: Pumps help maintain supply but aren’t as efficient as baby.

The more milk removed, the more your body makes—feed often and follow your baby’s cues!

2️⃣ Wait for a wide open mouth before latching.
3️⃣ Bring baby to breast, not breast to baby.
