Good afternoon y’all!
I’m so shy about posting but plan to be bold and start posting a bit 🙃

He bit Love!! 💜🌱💜🌱💜🌱💜🌱💜🌱 …some henbit & chamomile tea (with henbit foraged last year!).
Henbit has iron, magnesium, manganese, calcium, vitamins A, C, E and K! It’s anti inflammatory and great for aches and stiffness… or can be drink just for the yummy flavor!

As I’m preparing to open, I got special ‘client’ today, as she got released from school early 💓 I’m fairly certain he favorite part of getting a massage is choosing her essential oil(s) for aromatherapy! 🌸🌹🌺🌱

It’s tincture bottling time! First is Purple Dead Nettle aka Lamium Purpureum… rather fun to say 💜 This tincture is amazing for seasonal allergies, it is anti inflammatory and it helps reduce swelling of the lungs.

It’s been so long but life has been a bit chaotic! As far as herbs, I have been foraging the past of the Self Heal for the season… was lucky to be back in Tennessee to catch it! Tonight I have a sore throat (most likely brought home from a new kindergartner! 🙃) that won’t go away so brought out Yarrow, Chamomile, Hyssop and Blue Vervain (pictured in that order). Yarrow and chamomile are great for sore throats, hyssop is great for sore throats, congestion and coughs, while blue vervain helps coughs and colds. The chamomile and blue vervain should help with sleep too! Added at the end was some delicious local clover honey from Dayton, Tn, brought over the other day by a sweet neighbor. Thank you! 🧡.

I wasn’t going to post again tonight even though my tea is delightful, but found it a bit ironic tonight! 😂 My son bought me this “dog mom’ cup for Mother’s Day as I have four furry dog children. As I casually glance into my half drunk cup I see what I like to call “doggy glitter” at the bottom along with the stray herbs 🌿🐾… in my tea this evening is blue vervain, chamomile, lavender and self heal 🫖
