There’s something powerful about being in a room where change is actually happening.

Today at the Bergen County 2026 Legislative Breakfast, I felt both the weight of what’s still missing in mental health care… and the hope of what’s possible when the right people come together.

This work is personal.

For so many people, access to care is the difference between surviving and truly living.

I’m walking away recommitted to turning pain into power—and continuing to advocate for mental health to be treated with the same urgency and respect as physical health.
