Medicaid Waiver Amendments Released for Public Comment

Amendments to the CIH, Family Supports, Health & Wellness, TBI, and 1915 B(4) waivers are open for public comment, now through March 13, with a projected effective date of August 2026. We will be closely reviewing the amendments and sharing information as soon as possible.
