💤 Sleep might be the most powerful medicine you’re not getting enough of.

Today is World Sleep Day, a reminder that quality sleep plays a huge role in your overall health. While you sleep, your body is hard at work—repairing cells, strengthening your immune system, supporting heart health, and restoring your energy.
But many adults don’t get the rest their bodies need.

Here are a few ways to improve your sleep tonight:
🌙 Stick to a regular bedtime
📵 Turn off screens before bed
☕ Limit caffeine in the evening
🛏 Create a calm, comfortable sleep environment

If you regularly wake up tired, struggle to fall asleep, or experience loud snoring or restless nights, it may be time to talk with a healthcare provider.

Better sleep can lead to better health. Start tonight. 😴💙

We have items donated and ready for pick up. We are in need of a kind volunteer heading that direction who could help us get them there.

💗 Happy Valentine’s Day 💗
On this day of love, we pause with grateful hearts, remembering that love’s true source is God. He teaches us how to love fully, patiently, and without condition.
Today, we celebrate love in all its beautiful forms — the love shared between spouses and partners, the bond of family, the gift of friendship, and the quiet love that carries us through every season. May our love reflect kindness, grace, and compassion, not only today but in the way we live each day.
