We are looking for a full time front receptionist. Applicants must have an outgoing friendly personality. Medical office experience is required; as well as an understanding of insurance copays/deductibles. Front receptionist is responsible for verifying insurance eligibility, collecting copays, and outstanding balances at time of service. Medical billing experience, Athena EMR experience, and bilingual preferred.

We will be closing New Years Eve at noon and all day on New Years. Have a Happy New Year!

The clinic will be closed during the week of Christmas to allow our staff to celebrate the holiday with their families. We will reopen and resume regular business hours on Monday, December 30th.

Weight loss patients are advised to plan ahead and retrieve their injections for the following week by Friday, December 20th.

It is very disheartening as a professional to have to make this post; however, due to a recent increase in rude behavior from patients towards staff members I feel it is necessary. It truly is upsetting to me to witness or hear disrespectful communication with staff members. Please treat staff members with the same respect you give me as a provider. I, Miranda Young, cannot run a clinic and provide care for you without my wonderful team. It is possible to voice unhappiness or concerns in a respectful manner. Rude, derogatory, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. We work hard to have a positive clinic that patient's enjoy coming to and want to continue providing a positive environment. We are all trying our best on a daily basis to provide the best care.

In a world full of hatred, please remember to be kind. Let's treat people with the same respect you would want in return.

Friendly reminder regarding WCCLC late policy. Your appt will be rescheduled if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment.

New patients arrive 20-30 minutes early to fill out new paperwork. Registration takes time and if you arrive late this puts us behind schedule.
