Hello, my name if Vicki Lynn Henry. I have been working for Opco for 2 years as the Business Office Manager. Although, in the last 30 years my life has been in accounting and or office management. Through lives journey I have also been an Executive Assistant and a Fly Hobbs Representative. But nothing compares to loving the field I am in and what I do now.
I love the people I work with you, have no idea our team comradery, we all strive to give our residents the best care. We always come together for our little family here at Desert Springs Healthcare. And most importantly everything we do for our residents shows. I hear daily from family members or outside visitors how much they love our staff and how they see how much we care for our residents. I tell them that once you walk through the front door you come into a whole other vibe. Everyone truly has a purpose and loves what they do.
It is very important to me to make a difference in someone's life, and I get to do that each and every day. It brings me the most joy to see a smile on their faces. When you see that you know, you make a difference. Sometimes God brings us to places just to serve, to listen just to be a little piece of the puzzle that makes this place great. I am also a wife, a mother of 3 kids and one Mini Schnauzer Princess Zoey. I am a grandma of 8 with another grandbaby due this year.
