We are so excited to announce that two of our outstanding young men, Jer’Naris and Kashus, have officially been offered permanent positions with Glades Gas of Belle Glade! 👏🔥

Both of these young men completed our EmployMe program, which provides hands‑on internship experience with local businesses and the chance to transition into full‑time employment. We are incredibly grateful to Glades Gas for partnering with us and helping create life‑changing opportunities!

Our Story

Project L.I.F.T. (Life Initiatives for Teens) is an organization with a primary investment in the lives of youth,”by introducing skills that will inspire youth to explore opportunities to be successful outside of delinquent behavior. Project LIFT challenges youth both physically and mentally while they interact with positive mentors. Members learn how to manage their anger, attitude and emotions, including depression, anxiety, impulse issues and substance abuse. Many of our youth are also in need of continuity, security, and academic assistance, which we also provide. Success Rate for Project Lift in Florida

83% of participants graduate Project Life alcohol and drug free

72% of members involved in the criminal justice system do not re-offend
