Thank you to Centennial Bank for an engaging and impactful presentation for our Project LIFT Hobe Sound participants!

Our teens and young adults were taught financial skills that support long-term independence. This session helped break down important topics like credit cards, compounding interest, and why savings matter.

Our participants came prepared with thoughtful, engaging questions and came away inspired. We’re so appreciative of community partners like Centennial Bank who help prepare our students for real-life success!

Full‑Circle Moment at Project LIFT Hobe Sound! 🛠

Hunter, a Project LIFT Hobe Sound participant, helped create this incredible double cooler box in the carpentry department. The piece was featured in the 15th Annual Clambake silent auction, showcasing the talent and hard work of our teens and young adults.

👇 Here’s the best part!

Hunter’s dad found out that his son helped build this cooler, and during the auction, he ended up winning it! Seeing a parent take home something created by their own child is incredibly meaningful.

Great work, Hunter! We’re so proud of you.

Congratulations to the 16th graduating class of the Strong Families program at Project LIFT in Belle Glade! 🎉

This 16‑week series of free group sessions is offered at no cost to family members of teens in our program. It is designed to improve mental well‑being and economic self‑sufficiency for the entire family. Workshops within the curriculum include goal setting, managing credit, résumé and interviewing skills, and accessing health services.

To make this milestone even more special, one lucky participant also won a free car! 🚗🎊

Building strong, resilient, capable teenagers is our objective, but transforming the lives of entire families is our goal. We are proud of each of these individuals for their hard work, growth, and commitment throughout the program.
