First Lynx are a set of Support Coordinators (SC) that work as a team called “The People of the Sun Team” drawing on their knowledge, values, skills to help people in need of support and to address social concerns. First Lynx offers passionate Support Coordinators that are willing to go above and beyond to ensure all people are aware of their spoken potential. We support Adults with Developmental Disabilities through the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

First Lynx efforts are open to all individuals, but we aim highly to provide services to a cultural/ethnic diversity of people in urban and/or underserved counties within New Jersey. First Lynx strongly evaluates issues of poverty, housing, education, employment, inclusion, support/service availability, and other forms of social injustice for people with developmental and non-developmental disabilities. 🌞🌞☀️☀️☀️Hello ”People of The Sun” 👋🏽 Here is another happy member of the First Lynx Support Coordination family!!!! This is Yessinia and her Direct Supports from Morning Side Health !!! She stopped by our office today to review community activities and to plan for her activities for next month. Yessinia enjoyed how artistic our office was, and asked to take photos. She loves , , glitz and glamour………She wants the world to see that with First Lynx help she can continue to express herself and show her true personality in the community with assistance from Morningside Health as needed. 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞Hello “People of the Sun” 👋🏽 I’d like to introduce everyone to another happy member of the First Lynx Support Coordination Family … 👏🏽❤️. With our support he has found the perfect and DDD resources to reach his 2022 goals !!!! He is , enjoys his community inclusion group activities, and lovesssss the support of his one-to-one community based support staff with TaUrt's Village that assists him with the management of his medical needs, Money management skill building , and other state services. 🌞🌞🌞 Hello ”People of the Sun” 👋🏽 Here is one of First Lynx lovely Friends who continues to enhance her reading and writing skills with Huntington Learning Center. This was a happy moment because she presented her artwork at her 1st with Urban Arts Hoboken. She also has started her healthily living journey and attends the gym with her brother 2x weekly 🙌🏽 We are very proud of you Pauline !!!! 😍😍😍❤️🤗🤗😎

We are practicing and this was one of our test videos. As you can see we are very personable but it will be a wonderful experience as we grow. 🙌🏽☀️☀️☀️☀️

GUESS WHAT?!?! TaUrt's Village Community Inclusion Group Visited our office 🙌🏽 🥰😁🤗. The group surely had a great time reviewing our in office gallery for the community.
