My Couch Online Therapy is focused on helping individuals and couples overcome whatever challenges they are facing while improving overall mental health by promoting three core concepts throughout therapy sessions. Collaboration: Collaborate with your therapist interactively in sessions to combine your thoughts and understanding of self with their education and mental health expertise. Change: Change and grow throughout sessions utilizing the new skills and understanding you have gained to feel better quickly and improve your overall mental health. The first and most important step for successful therapy is connection. For this reason, our first priority is creating a space where you will feel safe, secure, and respected. We want you to open up on your own terms and in your own time as trust is built together. Throughout sessions you will be able to collaborate with your therapist and acheive the change you are looking for by building skills, confidence, and control.

Our focus is on providing the best care in the most convenient way to allow each person to achieve their goals without disrupting their lives. Our therapists are trained in evidence-based treatment strategies to ensure that you get the most from every session and start to feel better as soon as possible. They are also specifically trained in teletherapy (video) sessions so you can have sessions from any location that is convenient for you. We want you to feel comfortable, confident, and well informed about your mental health and options for therapy.
