How does it work?
Make the foods on these lists the centerpieces of every single meal you eat.
These lists only include foods that have at least 7 grams of protein for every 100 calories (i.e. high protein:calorie ratios)
Fill out the rest of your meals with unlimited amounts of fruit and vegg.
Don’t eat anything else.
Then watch the fat melt.
3 weeks straight at minimum. No you can’t skip the weekends.
