Personally I like to set up my fitness schedule on Sunday night for the week ahead. That way there are no excuses 💪
ONLINE classes have plenty of space BUT most NYC classes are already waitlisted!
Actually there are 3 spots open in my NYC Reformer PRO class Tues at 2pm (adv clients and teachers ONLY) I also still have several virtual privates open Monday & Thursday and an in-person private Wednesday at 1pm. DM ME to book privates. Go to the link in my bio to book your classes NOW!
