Whether you’re brand new to arm balances or ready to refine your flight, this 2-hour workshop is designed to help you build trust, stability, and control in your body. We’ll break down Crow Pose (Bakasana) and Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana) through functional movement, alignment, and intentional drills—so these poses feel more accessible and less intimidating.

In the Vedic tradition, a Surya Graha (Solar Eclipse) is more than an astronomical alignment — it is a profound spiritual and cosmic event. ✨

Eclipses disrupt ordinary order, lifting the veils of illusion. The “shadow swallowing the Sun” reflects our own inner shadow, inviting release and renewal. Sages teach that mantra, meditation, and sādhanā during this time open subtle planes of consciousness more easily.
