It’s not one-size-fits-all, and it’s definitely not all serious, all the time.
Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we sit in silence. Sometimes we bring in music or games to help things land in a way words just can’t. Therapy with me is flexible, creative, and built around you.
I work from a come-as-you-are mindset—no masks, no pressure to perform. Just space to explore, reflect, and challenge the patterns that aren’t working anymore.
I honor your individuality, your weirdness, your grief, your grit. Whether we’re navigating anxiety, addiction, identity, or big life transitions, the work we do will be thoughtful, collaborative, and rooted in your reality—not someone else’s idea of what healing “should” look like.
