Chag Pesach Sameach to all who celebrate. As you gather around the Seder table, may the rituals and stories of Passover take on deeper meaning echoing not only the collective and deep-rooted journey toward freedom, but also the personal journeys within the other communities in which we live.
For many families in the autism community, their path is one of profound resilience, patience, and growth. As one parent shared, “Autism has taught me patience I never knew I had,” and another reminds us that progress, no matter how gradual.is always meaningful.
Passover invites us to honor these journeys: to celebrate each step forward, to embrace difference as strength, and to recognize that every individual’s path unfolds in its own time. Families often speak of discovering unexpected strength, deeper compassion, and new ways of seeing the world through their experiences. May we continue striving toward a world where every person, no matter where they fall on the autism spectrum, is seen, valued, and supported for who they are.
Wishing you and your loved ones a meaningful, hopeful, and inspiring Passover—filled with light, connection, and the celebration of every unique journey.
