If we waited until everything was perfect…
Fit Foundry still wouldn’t exist.

When we opened nine years ago, we had space.
We had equipment.
We had racks, machines, conditioning pieces — more than enough to train hard.

What we didn’t have?

TV screens.
Fancy Canva graphics.
Automated systems.
Experience.

We had “The Boards”.

Every Sunday night, Sarah would handwrite the entire week’s programming.
Markers. Rulers. Straight lines.
That was our “display system.”

And our Fanatics showed up anyway.

Over time, we didn’t just add more equipment —
we added the right equipment.

Because we listened.

We learned what our members valued.
What made them stronger.
What made classes flow better.
What actually improved results.

So we upgraded.
We refined.
We expanded our formats.
We invested in better systems.
We built better structure.

The Large Teams evolved.
Semi-Private evolved.
Foundry Foundations evolved.
Spark evolved.

But the core never changed.

Coaching matters.
Intentional programming matters.
Community matters.
Longevity matters.

We’re more polished now.
The TV is easier to read than the boards an takes the Sunday stress off our our plates.

But the mission?
That’s the same.

We train hard.
We care deeply.
We build people for the long game.

And we’re still improving.

If you’re waiting for perfect — stop.

Start with what you have.
Refine as you go.
Listen. Adjust. Improve.

Nine years from now, you won’t care that it wasn’t perfect.
You’ll be grateful you started.

Day in and Day out.. Inch by Inch, life’s a cinch, yard by yard life gets hard. Each day you put a drop into a bucket until one day you realize that bucket is a giant vat of hard work and eFFort 💪

Congratulations to Michael Collette on becoming the newest member of the G-Unit! 1,000 sessions in the books 💪. Michael is a model fanatic as he is typically the first one in for the sessions working on his mobility so he could crush the workouts. Awesome job and keep up the hard work 😓
