It’s time to officially welcome Jess to the crew!! 🙌🙌

Jess is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES). A former competitive swimmer, she fell into coaching early—working with her former teams and teaching kids of all ages how to swim.

In 2022, Jess discovered barbell training and quickly fell in love with the challenge and discipline of lifting heavy. That passion led her into coaching, where she focuses on strong movement patterns, smart progressions, and helping clients build confidence through strength—both mentally and physically.

Outside the gym, you can find her powerlifting, riding her motorcycle, or unwinding with a good book and her dog.

Introducing Foundry Foundations — our brand-new 6-week beginner strength + nutrition on-ramp starting January 12th. 🔥

If you’ve ever felt intimidated by busy classes, unsure where to start, or wished someone would actually teach you the foundational movements step-by-step… this is your program.

Over 6 weeks, Coach Alex Santos will help you build strength, confidence, and proper technique in a supportive small-group environment — plus you’ll get nutrition coaching from Donnie Desanti to help you create habits that last.

This is the perfect starting point before moving into Semi-Private or Large Team Training.

What’s included:
• 2 sessions/week (Mon & Wed @ 6pm)
• Learn proper squat, hinge, push, pull
• Kettlebell + dumbbell fundamentals
• Core strength + loaded carries
• Safe progressions for every level
• 6 weeks of nutrition coaching + weekly check-ins
