No, you don’t have to wake up in the morning counting all your blessings.

No, you don’t have to read your Bible.

No, you don’t have to exercise and eat healthy.

No, you don’t have to go to work today.

These are gifts, the things we get to do each day. With the right mindset and perspectives, we can choose to glorify God in all that we do each day.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." - Colossians 3:23

My prayer for you today is that you can give over your life to what God wants you do to... not "human masters." And that you find joy in the work and the tasks He has blessed you with each day. 🙏🏻

Thanksgiving isn’t complete without a side of cranberry sauce! This cranberry sauce recipe with pecans can be a delicious side or dessert. It is so yummy it an be paired with turkey or chicken. A must try! Bodyinbalancewellnessllc.com

INGREDIENTS
2 cups cranberries
½ cup organic apple juice
½ cup maple syrup
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon fresh grated orange rind
½ cup pecans (or walnuts)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine cranberries, apple juice, maple syrup and cinnamon in a sauce pan and simmer for 5 minutes or until most berries pop.
Remove from heat, stir in grated orange rind and pecans.
Cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator.
Serve chilled.

Losing weight can sometimes feel like a difficult journey. But just like we turn to scripture for other areas of our life, our health and our weight loss should be no different.

1 Corinthians 10:31 "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."

This verse is a reminder to align our actions with God's glory. When we make choices that honor Him, even in our eating and drinking, we bring purpose to our daily routines. By asking ourselves if our choices glorify God, we can stay motivated to make healthier decisions.
