Aerial Fun and Fitness Have a blast getting strong. All levels Welcome, Beginners too. Hammock, Bungee, Lyra, Silks. We specialize, in Hammock, Bungee Fitness, and Lyra and Aerial Hoop.

Aerial Fitness, Bungee fitness, Circus Fitness, Aerial-batics, Aerial Arts and Aerial Yoga is accessible to all body shapes and sizes. Teacher training is open. It uses and integrates floor poses from Pilates, stretching, and fitness based moves while using a hammock to counteract gravity and create a fun experience. As a result, this combination relieves compression from the neck and spine. Similarly allowing you to stretch and strengthen without over stressing your joints or vertebrae. Ultimately, aerial fitness is a form of therapeutic yoga style exercise, ideal for alleviating back tension and daily stressors. We have gentle, beginner, and more acrobatic classes aerial arts classes. Therapeutic to acrobatic - pick your style. Aerial Fitness It fuses stretching yoga style exercises, pilates based core moves, fun aerial challenges, strength training, balance and posture work, to help create new brain body connections. This is for those of you looking for something outside of the normal gym workout to stay fit or use it as a great tool in addition to your weight or cardio workouts. We also have aerial arts or more circus fitness based classes. Aerial Fitness also allows for the freedom of choices for the different design of body types, personality types and in different levels of challenge for revving or restoration. Aerial Fitness has a special focus on 3 dimensional movement and joint rotation and mobility. Aerial Fitness Teacher Trainings are now open. Get Certified as an aerial fitness instructor and take this to your city, gym, or studio. Teacher Trainings are in the greater Wilmington Delaware area. Also covering Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and across the US.

Lyra training builds strength, control, and confidence through dynamic movement on the aerial hoop. Each class teaches you how to engage your upper body, activate your core, improve flexibility, and move with better body awareness. It’s a full-body workout that feels like play.

Curious about trying Lyra for the first time? Our Lyra Intro class gives you the basics you need to build strength, confidence, and safe technique on the hoop.

We offer two weekly sessions so you can choose what works best for you:
• Wednesdays at 4:30 PM–5:30 PM
• Fridays at 10:00 AM–11:00 AM

Ready to take your silks training to the next level? 💜

Aerial Silks 1 is built for students who already have a strong foundation in Hammock, Sling, or Lyra and are excited to grow their skills with guidance from Zina.

In this class, you’ll refine shoulder engagement, build clean climbing technique, strengthen vertical inversion prep, and master solid foot locks—all while improving control and confidence in the air.

To join, you’ll need:
✔ Level 2+ experience in Hammock, Sling, or Lyra
✔ Minimum 6 months as a solid Level 2/3 student
✔ Ability to hold your body weight in the air
✔ Stork or thigh lock from standing (Sling/Hammock)
✔ Cat-n-tree OR (for Lyra) pull over, tuck under, gazelle, and airtime
✔ Instructor permission if you’re unsure you're ready
