Do you have adult-onset circus ? Thanks circus doc for that great tag. One minute I’m paying bills, the next I’m googling “how hard is it to learn trapeze at my age” and practicing dramatic ringmaster speeches to my houseplants.
Do you love to climb, flip, roll, go upside down like a kid, feel wrapped up in fabric, feel steel on your skin? Do you like to fly through the air on a bungee?
Side effects of not having adult-onset circus: brain fog, achy joints, lack of motivation, you hate going to the gym, doom scrolling.
Symptoms of having adult-onset circus: laughter, people cheering you on, getting stong muscles, using your brain, increasing your range of motion, feeling confident and making tons of cool friends!!
If you want to learn how to get on adult-onset circus join us at aerial fun and fitness and look for any of our intro classes! See you in the air!! You are amazing!
