We just wanted to take a minute to remind everyone of our no-show policy in order to ensure efficient scheduling and availability of appointments for all patients, and to minimize disruptions caused by missed appointments. Patients are required to notify the practice before their scheduled appointment if they need to cancel or reschedule. No-show fees are the patient’s sole responsibility and must be paid in full.
NEW PATIENT:
Appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. Any new patient who fails to show for their initial visit may not be rescheduled.
ESTABLISHED PATIENT:
First & Second No-Show: A warning letter will be sent, and a no-show fee of $50 may be charged.
Third No-Show: The patient will be dismissed from the practice.
