Attended the BPW Spartanburg event discussing Equal Pay Day, economics, AI, and the National Women’s Equal Pay Day, marking how far into the year a woman must work to earn what a man did the previous year.

This was initiated in 1996 and raises awareness of the gender wage gap, which is significantly wider for women of color.

I realized today that my lemon Essential Oil is probably used more than any of my other oils.

Whether I’m putting a few drops in the diffuser, in my household cleaner, in the trashcan, or in the washing machine when I’m washing clothes, I love to add a few drops just to freshen things up.

I Went camping with family and friends last weekend and had a great time. I looked up what oils are good for keeping 🐻 bears 🐻 away to liberally spray our site.

Fun fact: Bears are not a fan of Citrus and pine oils

Fortunately while some from our group saw a bear while driving into the park, we didn’t have any close encounters 😅

Other than that, we enjoyed all the sun while we lounged on lake Jocasse

I place clove-soaked cotton balls in areas where snakes may hide around my she shed so I don’t have any unexpected visitors.
