Asiyah Roman is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the founder of DietRD Nutrition Unlimited LLC. Her pursuit of Nutrition and everything about food started with her achieving BS in Dietetics from Michigan State University, and subsequently completing her fellowship at children's hospital in Detroit to obtain further expertise in Pediatric Nutrition. Asiyah's specialties include eating disorders in adults, adolescents and children, disordered eating, emotional eating, mindful eating practice, general wellness, and specialized dietary regimens for certain medical conditions. Asiyah brings years of experience in the field along with an exuberant passion for nutrition and health. Her clients find her style warm, accessible, patient, empowering, and sensitive to their individualized needs. She is highly committed to meeting clients where they are and facilitating realistic change in their lives.

I wanted tacos with just the right hint of spice—and minimal ingredients—so I made my own seasoned shells at home!
Instead of store-bought versions with long ingredient lists, I brushed corn taco shells with a little olive oil and sprinkled on my favorite spices. Quick, nourishing, and so satisfying.

Sometimes the most comforting meals are the ones we prepare ourselves, with care and intention. This was one of those meals—a simple joy with a spicy twist.

A day packed with Northern magic — powerful waterfalls, epic canyon hikes, and otherworldly scenery on the road to Mývatn. We stopped in Borgarfjörður, where puffins stole the show 🐧 and the local spot served up the most unforgettable fish ‘n’ chips and lamb chops 🍽️🔥. Nature and flavor, both at their best!
