I went to visit Poppi Ken today. He remembered who I was for most of the time. I shared photos of our new kitten, Ember. He said 'She is a Tortoise Shell! How Auspicious! Do you know what famous American writer from Baltimore had a tortoise shell cat as his Muse? Edger Allen Poe! Her name was Catarina and she was the Maryland State Cat for many years! Maybe you will write a book!'
While his short term memory is shot, Poppi Ken remembers quite a lot! ❤️ So, cheers to Ember! My little Baltimore Muse in Tennessee! And cheers to Poppi Ken, for remembering!

Hi Everyone! As you may have noticed, Euphoric Yoga & Wellness, Tulum-Akumal is now High Forest Holistics, based in Hohenwald, Tennessee! The dogs and I are here for the time being to take care of my elderly father. I am still available for all of the same great services, including Holistic Psychotherapy, Yoga & Meditation, Energy Coaching, Sound Healing, Reiki, Crystal & Tarot Readings and more from anywhere in the World ONLINE, In-Person in Hohenwald, or in Mexico when I return on visits every couple of months. I have a new US number and have transfered as many of your numbers as possible to my new phone, but I have definitely lost a few. Welcome to Euphoric Yoga & Wellness, a holistic healing and personal retreat house in the heart of the Mayan Riviera. We offer a unique variety of classes, healing services, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings in a beautiful jungle setting.

Whether you stay with us in our home, or in a hotel nearby, our experienced teachers and therapists work as a team to provide you with the treatments and tools necessary to enhance physical and emotional well being, and a safe opportunity for healing and release.

Individual programs and packages can be created and tailored to meet your needs, with each of our exclusive services working to compliment the other.

In addition to specialized yoga classes and meditations, we offer signature healing massages, energy treatments, therapeutic temazcal ceremonies, wellness coaching and psychotherapy not found anywhere else. Full & New Moon ceremonies, seasonal rituals, sound healing and kirtan are a part of our monthly offerings.
