All payments are nonrefundable. You have 30 days from the date the invoice is paid to complete your class. After 30 days, the session will expire and a new payment will be required to book again.
You are allowed to reschedule your appointment one time, as long as you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Any rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will not be honored, and you will be required to pay for a new session.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your class will be canceled, and you will be charged in full. A new payment will be required to rebook.
By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
