Cornerstone Health systems is a family-owned durable medical equipment company based out of Hohenwald, TN. We are a company with integrity, full of tireless workers who know how to work effectively. We were started in 2000 and we have been gladly serving Tennessee with humility ever since. Our goal is to improve our patients quality of life, no matter the stage they're in. We’re personally account

able to our patients, because we care. We care for a large range of patients across the state of Tennessee. We work closely with pediatric patients and their parents, as well as elderly patients and their loved ones, and all age groups between. Our goal is to give our patients the equipment, supplies, and support they need in order to stay home.
