Lewis Park Post Acute had a great day celebrating Kentucky Derby day From Craft hat headband and to games and watching some stories from past Kentucky Derby’s. We also had Pimento Cheese sandwiches with Mint Julep and chocolate cake… 🐎👒🏇🍾

From coloring Easter table cloths, to Easter crafts and coloring Easter eggs talking about back when they used to do Easter with there parents, kids and grandkids I have had the best time making memories with these residents: and of course eating ice cream, playing a guessing game on how much candy is in the Easter container. (The winner of the candy is holding in one of the pictures)

We want to take a moment to address the recent announcement by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee regarding a settlement related to activity at Lewis Park Post Acute in 2023.

Lewis Park was acquired by PACS in December 2024. The fines and settlements referenced in the news stem from issues that occurred before current ownership was involved, and those costs are being paid by the prior owners.

Since PACS invested in Lewis Park Post Acute, we’ve made significant improvements for both our residents and our team. We’ve passed the state’s annual quality survey two years in a row, have been removed from the state’s Special Focus Facility program, and have completed extensive renovations to enhance the experience for patients and staff alike.

We’re incredibly proud of the progress made over the past 18 months, and our focus remains on providing high‑quality, compassionate care and continuing to build on the positive momentum at Lewis Park year after year.
