Our founder is a registered aromatherapist & herbalist who holds an AAS in Complementary Alternative Medicine with diplomas in Aromatherapy & Holistic Health Practice. All of our hand crafted products are made in small batches with 100% pure essential oils, & only contain non-GMO, cruelty-free, & ethically sourced ingredients. We offer private aromatherapy consultations for individuals looking to receive an essential oil blend made to address their specific wellness needs. Educational consultations are also available for those who need guidance on using essential oils at home or may have specific questions about essential oils & how aromatherapy can be used more in their life. Educational consultations are convenient for those who may not be able to afford a full course on aromatherapy but want the guidance of a Registered Aromatherapist.

It’s been four days since we were at the & it was such an AMAZING day! All the thanks goes to our fearless leader Gem who put together a stunning day, her beautiful volunteers who were always around to help or share a kind word with us, & of course a HUGE thank you to our customers (both familiar & new!) who turned out to support us!

We sold out of a number of products Saturday but our full line of rollers, body care products, & our brand new journal are ALL available at AirmidHolistics.com. And yes, the new chakra blends are now up on the website in the Yoga+Aroma Wellness section of our products so grab your favorite blend from the show!

On this I wanted to share three ways you can start moving into a more mindful way of living.

1. Start a journal - Journaling can be as simple or elaborate as you’d like! Make a basic PIES quadrant chart to fill out each morning or go wild with colorful pens, stickers, & fun doodles in the margins. Checking in daily with your inner Self helps to make us more mindful of negative self-limiting thoughts, chronic issues, & patterns that lead to increased stress.

2. Choose essential oil blends with intention - Wisely choosing our aromatherapy can help enhance our intentions & decrease negative feelings. Looking to energize your afternoons? Choose bright citrus oils or invigorating scents like black pepper & peppermint. Need to wind down & relax? Soothing florals & grounding earthy aromas may be what you want.

3. Move mindfully for a few minutes each day - Take a walk in your local park to enjoy nature or practice mindful movement like tai chi or yoga at home. Yoga is extremely beneficial for the body-mind connection! There is a wide variety of styles & pose modifications that make yoga accessible to every body.

Our limited edition winter essential oil blend is here! Winter Snow is a cool, clean, evergreen blend of balsam fir, black spruce, camphor, & fir needle. Not only is this aroma reminiscent of a snowy forest it is also great for supporting the respiratory system. Extra support for the respiratory system is so important during the cold winter months!
