This morning I found myself looking at my own FB feed. Have you ever done that? For me, I have both personal and professional pages. I looked at both today, and am filled with so much beautiful emotion that it's coming out of my eyeballs.

I want to repost all of them, each moment spectacular in itself.

Wishing to choose one - this is the one. It reminds me that one day, specifically November 17, 2021, I said this is my Authenticity Day. From this day forward, I live a life that is deeply c***ected with my Self.

That was a very bold statement.

It is now 4 years later. Wow, what a trip it has been. I can absolutely say that I am walking a path of authenticity. Creating, manifesting, being exactly who I wish to be. Living consciously. There is not one word worthy of describing this feeling.

It was a journey of emotions, for sure. Scary, frustrating, sad, happy, joyous, bottom of the barrel. And here I am, typing this, knowing I loved the journey and walk each step forward in curious engagement.

Every person's journey is YOUnique, of course, because we are all our own Selves. There are some things though, that I have learned through my studies, certifications, experiences working with others, and personal transformation, that work!!

This doesn't make me better than anyone and I don't have all the answers. I know each day brings me more to learn and the steps forward are sometimes backwards.

But if you are searching, and wanting the c***ection deep within to your SELF, your soul, your spirit. If you are having difficulty locating that path which you are seeking. If there has been so much trauma that you can't find your SELF. If it's just a feeling inside you simply don't want. Call me!! I truly, from the deepest part of me, want to share the processes I have, the knowledge I've gained, tools that work. My entire self comes to be with you. This is what I was created to do, to be, in this world.

I see you.

Who sang as they read that? I see you my 80's friends! 👀. You're welcome for the ear worm.

For those that don't know, it's lyrics from Madonna's song 'Like a Prayer' 🙏 .

Quite appropo that my subconscious brought that song to my awareness as I prepare for a journey of prayer in living form. For 10 days I will be immersed in a grand adventure in deep c***ection with the sacred land, culture, people, of Peru.

My soul fired up inside me when it first read about this woman's adventure. Promising things like a Pachamama ceremony with an authentic Andean healer, and a hike on the Inca Trail leading through the Sun Gate, for a breathtaking view of Machu Picchu. Hello!!!! I don't even know what the Sun Gate is, but I gotta go!!! Dude-where do I sign up up???

Truth be told, I didn't sign up right away. For a year, all I did was talk about it. TBH, it was scary to me; but that has never stopped me before.

So I found my big girl panties, and casually mentioned it to my sister, wanting her to join me, not knowing if she would.

Lo and behold... she didn't even hesitate! That was inspiring! And we are going!!! Woot woot! Epic sister grand adventure!!

This is a massive roadway on my personal Jouney of Self Discovery. I LOVE people, and culture, and c***ection. It's what I do - remember, life coach here 👋!

I feel called to offer encouragement, support, inspiration, to every Being. S**t can be scary, but if it matters to you - if your soul, your spirit, your self, is calling - are you listening? Be brave and follow the lead. Answer the call.
