โœ… Keep your core engaged to protect your back.
โœ… Switch sides every few minutes to balance the workload.
โœ… Bend your knees (not your waist!) when picking up leaves.

Beware the Monster Walk! ๐Ÿ‘พ
This exercise might sound scary, but itโ€™s a killer move for your glutes, hips, and legs. ๐Ÿ’ฅ

How to do it:
1๏ธโƒฃ Place a resistance band around your thighs or ankles.
2๏ธโƒฃ Bend your knees slightly and keep tension on the band.
3๏ธโƒฃ Take small, controlled side steps โ€” donโ€™t let the monster (your knees!) cave in.

Monster walks help strengthen key stabilizers that support your knees, hips, and lower back โ€” keeping you strong and steady all season long.
