FIRST RESPONDER TRAUMA THERAPIST

Labyrinth Psychological Services is seeking an LICSW/LMHC or license-eligible mental health counselor to join our highly talented multidisciplinary team in Holden, Massachusetts. We are hiring a therapist who will specialize in providing treatment to first responders and veterans. This position requires a flexible schedule including weekend and evening hours. The ideal candidate will be culturally competent and have experience establishing treatment relationships with first responders and veterans.

We are an innovative, growing behavioral health practice specializing in trauma therapy and forensic mental health evaluation. Our therapists provide both in-person and telehealth therapy. Our work culture values ongoing clinical training, collaboration and teamwork, professional flexibility, and employee wellness. Our team is supportive and well-positioned to provide leadership and advanced training in critical incident debriefing, substance use and trauma treatments, as well as forensic mental health evaluations.

Labyrinth offers flexible schedules and opportunities for advanced clinical training in the assessment and treatment of trauma. We provide administrative support, billing services, highly desirable office space, a user-friendly telehealth platform, and competitive compensation. Salaried employees are eligible for generous paid time-off, health and dental insurance, and 401(k).

The starting full time salary range for this position is $65,000-$78,000 depending on licensure and experience. Additional compensation will be considered for licensed therapists who are bilingual or trained in EMDR.
