Weight loss medications are everywhere right now… but at Uplift For Her, we do things differently.

In this clip from our podcast episode with Stacy Walker, NP, we discuss how we approach weight loss support with intention and care.

Hint: we use these medications as a tool, not the whole plan.

✨ We often dose lower than industry standard to minimize side effects.

✨ We prioritize proper nourishment (yes, you NEED to eat).

✨We focus on sleep, stress, strength training, gut health, and hormones.

Because sustainable weight loss isn’t just about a prescription—it’s about supporting your whole body.

If you’re curious about GLP-1s and want a thoughtful, medically supervised approach, Stacy offers dedicated weight loss support appointments.

At Uplift For Her, we see many patients navigating MCAS and we understand how complex the process of mast cell stabilization can be.

This week’s podcast episode is a solo conversation with Dr. Mallorie Cracroft. As she began practicing as an integrative OB/GYN, Dr. Cracroft quickly noticed a pattern: women with a wide variety of symptoms, traditional treatments that didn’t always work (and sometimes made things worse), and a lingering sense that something was missing from the picture.

The moment she learned about Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and began approaching these patients through a different lens and with additional knowledge, things started to shift.

Improvement. Validation. Answers. A path forward.

If you’ve felt chaotic in your symptoms or unheard in your journey, this episode is for you!

If you’ve ever thought:

- “Why do my symptoms change every day?”
- “Why am I reacting to everything?”
- “Why does no one have answers?”

This conversation is for you!
