We are pleased to welcome Heather Zwemke as our Memory Support Director at The Ridge Cottonwood!

Born in Las Vegas, grew up in Reno, swam in high school, and longed to join the Coast Guard. In college, she dreamed anew — of becoming a hockey commentator and a psychologist. Instead, she started a family in Idaho and later moved to Utah. Heather Zwemke has a master’s degree in nursing, with a focus on leadership and management. Her 16 years in healthcare have been largely given to geriatric/memory care. Heather believes older adults deserve mindful, individual support, and she’s committed to giving it. She loves canyon drives, diamond art, and funny animal videos. And she finds inspiration in her three sons and five pets — and Taylor Swift music
