At Millcreek Counseling we offer mental health counseling for kids, teens and adults through individual, couples and family counseling. We love the rewarding experience of assisting clients in reaching their goals. Counseling Services are available at our offices in Holladay, Bluffdale and Pleasant Grove, Utah. We specialize in grief and loss, depression, anxiety, women's issues such as self-esteem and perfectionism, as well as relationship concerns and difficult life transitions. We offer EMDR, sports psychology, CFCBT, CBT, play therapy, mindfulness, and many other therapy mediums.
