Join Katie for a Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recover series!

In this six-week course, we’ll explore how to apply basic yoga techniques for self-discovery, embodied healing, and meaningful change in your life. You’ll learn foundational breathwork and accessible postures designed to help you reconnect with your body and calm your nervous system.

Throughout the series, you can expect guided discussion, hands-on workshops, and reflective journaling to support your healing journey.

Sessions are held on Tuesdays at 6pm beginning March 10th and running through April 14th.

Friday, February 27 at 6pm: Restorative Yoga with Katie

Gently awaken the spine in all six directions, then ease into long-held, fully supported poses designed to release deep layers of tension. This is the ultimate mind-body reset. Perfect for anyone needing a pause from a fast-paced lifestyle.

Restorative Yoga is known to lower blood pressure, calm the heart rate, improve sleep, and ease symptoms of stress and anxiety. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, this practice invites your body into “rest and digest” mode, where true healing begins.

Saturday, February 28 at 6pm: Group Sound Bath with Jenn

Sound healing is the therapeutic use of sound to promote healing and growth within the body, mind, and soul. In this group session, the sound practitioner intentionally crafts a deeply relaxing sound experience using instruments such as singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, and the voice as well as incorporating focused breathing and guided visualization to support the participant in letting go of mental chatter and connecting to the quiet awareness within. It is an invitation to pause, to hush the rush and be present in a full-being experience that promotes and stimulates healing from within. Participants are able to access meditative states through this deep listening and breathing and will experience some profound perspective shifts along with a constellation of other benefits.
