Having a group for support and accountability can make all the difference! In May, we invite you to join Trio and our team as we join the Still I Run May Runstreak. Together we will walk, bike, run, hike or swim a total of 31 miles. A mile a day, or group miles together in a way that works best for you!

Wednesday, April 29 at 6:30pm: Yoga Nidra with Katie

Also known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative guided meditation that invites complete stillness of both body and mind. It’s the Savasana you've been craving—a restful reset for your nervous system. Simply lie back, listen to the guidance, and allow yourself to be gently led on an inner journey.

Ideal for anyone ages 15 and up, this 60-minute class offers a profound opportunity to relax, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Friday, May 1 at 6pm: Sound Bath & Auricular Acupuncture with Katie

A trained acu-detox specialist will place five, tiny, sterile acupuncture pins of the finest filament steel available in each ear. Pins will be left in for the duration of the sound bath.

Sound healing is the therapeutic use of sound to promote healing and growth within the body, mind, and soul. In this group session, the sound practitioner intentionally crafts a deeply relaxing sound experience using instruments such as singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, and the voice as well as incorporating focused breathing and guided visualization to support the participant in letting go of mental chatter and connecting to the quiet awareness within.

We have yoga mats, blankets and eye pillows available but feel free to bring your own pillow and water. Wear comfy clothes.

We're excited to announce an upcoming movement series beginning on May 16th. Qigong and Tai Chi Easy ™ are moving meditations which use slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to strengthen your mind body connection, reduce stress and improve circulation thereby enhancing your overall health.

Qi is energy and when you get it flowing it will increase your
vitality and longevity as well as achieve and maintain optimal
health and inner peace. Practicing self-care is so important for
your overall health program.

Tai Chi Easy ™ techniques make the practices beneficial, fun
and easy right from the very beginning. The methods are
designed to improve the quality of life for people of all ages
whether well or unwell. This includes those who may be
dealing with disease, chronic pain, health conditions, limited
mobility, deficient immune systems, anxiety or depression. All
of these techniques can be done sitting in a chair or lying in bed
as well as standing and walking.

The only wrong way to practice Qigong and Tai Chi Easy ™ is to
not do it…..as long as you are moving you are doing it “right”.
