Saturday, January 31 at 6pm Group Sound Bath with Jenn
Sound healing is the therapeutic use of sound to promote healing and growth within the body, mind, and soul. In this group session, the sound practitioner intentionally crafts a deeply relaxing sound experience using instruments such as singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, and the voice as well as incorporating focused breathing and guided visualization to support the participant in letting go of mental chatter and connecting to the quiet awareness within. It is an invitation to pause, to hush the rush and be present in a full-being experience that promotes and stimulates healing from within. Participants are able to access meditative states through this deep listening and breathing and will experience some profound perspective shifts along with a constellation of other benefits.
