Suggested approach for allergy support:
• Begin before peak allergy season
• 2–3 sessions per week during flare-ups
• Transition to weekly maintenance
• Use alongside prescribed allergy treatments

As winter loosens its grip, what in you is ready to melt?
We will experiment with melting shapes, drips, dissolving lines in painting and drawing techniques, and also use watercolor washes to symbolize letting go.
