A huge thank-you to Dr. Jesse Middleton for joining our Diabetic Support Group this month and leading an incredible session on the importance of sleep. 😴✨

Dr. Jesse brings a warm, compassionate approach to care, drawing from her extensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and her work as a Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine at Black River Acupuncture & Integrative Wellness. Our group loved her positive energy, practical tools, and encouragement.
