Spectrum of Solutions Therapy Services Specialized counseling services for neurodivergent children, adolescents, adults, and families.

As a child and adult therapist, my special interests and background are in working with children with developmental and behavioral issues (Autism, ADHD, Aspergers) and with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and Posttraumatic Stress. If you are concerned about your child's development, behavior, relationships with peers, or school performance, I will provide consultation to help your family decide whether to pursue an evaluation and provide you with resources at the time of the first visit. I use family focused, strength based, solution oriented approach to find what works best for each individual. I believe that each person is unique and deserves unconditional positive regard no matter what brings them into my office. My approach is based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Model which supports my belief that change must happen within oneself and that our thoughts precede our actions and emotions in all areas of our lives. I believe that anyone is capable of change and that there is no such thing as unattainable goals in one’s life. Happy last week of August!!! We are busy preparing for the new school year and there is a lot happening at Spectrum of Solutions:

🍁We are welcoming 2 graduate interns and another experienced child and family therapist on board in just a few days! We are excited to be able to offer affordable treatment options with virtual and in person, afternoon and evening availability in just a few weeks. New staff introductions coming soon!

🍁As a reminder, our specialties include:
- treating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD and other mental health issues in Autistic/ADHD/AuDHD children, teens and adults
- supporting caregivers of minor and adult children with neurodevelopmental differences and disabilities
- supporting the mental health needs of children and adults with neurodevelopmental and intellectual disabilities

🍁Our approach is neuroaffirming, developmental and based on brain-body connection. We incorporate DIR (Floortime), Autplay, Interoception Curriculum, ACT, CBT, ERP, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and other modalities into our work with clients and their families 🤩

🍁We are also getting ready for the Fall session of the Social Connections program for neurodivergent children ages 4-16. This group program is focused on building meaningful connections with peers rather than teaching social skills through coaching and direct instruction. We help kids and teens build connections through play, art, special interests, etc. This program runs all year around with a 6-8 week break in January and August.

Our Story

Hello! My name is Ilona Naroditskiy. I am the owner and director at Spectrum of Solutions Therapy Services. As a child and adult therapist, my special interests and background are in working with children with developmental and behavioral issues (Autism, ADHD, Aspergers) and with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders and Posttraumatic Stress.

I work with a group of highly experienced professionals, who as as passionate about working with children and families as I am. I built a group practice with a mission to provide high quality counseling and support services to children and families in the greater Philadelphia Area.

If you are concerned about your child's development, behavior, relationships with peers, or school performance, we will provide consultation to help your family decide whether to pursue an evaluation and provide you with resources at the time of the first visit. We believe that each person is unique and deserves unconditional positive regard no matter what brings them into our office.

We integrate many different therapeutic approaches into our practice, included, but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Adapted CBT for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Ecosystemic Family Therapy, DIR(r)-Floortime, Play Therapy, etc. We accept major insurance plans: Aetna, United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield and other plans, including out of network.
